We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy applies to all eligible items purchased from our store.

01 eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions after inspection.
02 return process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via our contact page. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
03 return shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items until they are delivered to our return facility.

Please do not send any item back before your return has been approved.
05 refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
06 damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. In such cases, we may offer:
- a replacement item, or
- a full or partial refund, depending on the situation
We may require reasonable evidence before approving a claim.
07 non-returnable situations
We do not accept returns for:
- items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- items returned without prior approval
- items returned after the 30-day return period
08 lost returns
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. Proof of postage and tracking is strongly recommended.
09 order cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process above.
