We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
02 order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
03 delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within approximately 8–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

05 shipping protection
Shipping Protection provides additional coverage for packages that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.
Eligible shipments covered by Shipping Protection may qualify for a replacement order without requiring a carrier investigation. Shipping Protection is optional and may be selected during checkout.
06 order tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order any time on our order tracking page.
Please allow several days after dispatch for tracking information to become active within the carrier’s system.
07 lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us through our contact page.
We may require a reasonable investigation period with the shipping carrier before determining whether a package is considered lost. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we may, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
Transit delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify a package as lost.
08 damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery through our contact page and provide clear photographs of:
- the damaged product
- the shipping packaging
- any visible damage to the parcel
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting photographs may be declined. Where a claim is approved, we may arrange for a replacement product to be sent at no additional cost to the customer. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement based on the information provided.
09 incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot always be modified or cancelled. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
10 customs, duties & import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
11 delays beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier disruptions, transportation delays, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disputes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
